Well he is one of the coolest vigilantes in existence. The Dark Knight has been around for decades now, and with numerous hit comics, cartoons and films under his utility belt, you’d have to have a few bats in your belfry not to see the oppurtunity for merchandising.
And while a Batman lunchbox or yo-yo might seem cool, it’s the paraphernalia that actually makes you look and feel like Batman is what fans have been after.
And if you’re a biker, such awesome clothing does actually exist.
UD Replicas have been around for a while now, producing some high quality biker and leather gear, everything from Star Wars to Captain America, but it’s their take on Batman that has put them on the map.
They’ve done a version of the suit already based on the recent Christopher Nolan film, The Dark Knight, but to take things even further, they made a replica outfit based on the previous film, Batman Begins.
Going a step even further, UD Replicas then announced this week that they’ll be producing a nomex version of the suit, a prototype of the outfit the gorram Batman expropriated from WayneTech R&D that he then batman-insignia-ed and sprayed black.
It’s high quality work at a high quality price, but if you’re a comic book fan and a biker, you owe to yourself to get one of these suits.
