The future is coming, and it’s going to include whisper-quiet electric vehicles that will save the planet. Unfortunately, the majority of those cars look like the nerd mobiles, as for some reason, style and eco-friendly technology rarely goes hand in hand. Unless you’re Porsche that is.
The Porsche 918, while not the fastest car around, is still hands-down the sexiest hybrid ever released. A leaked brochure details that the car has 800 horses under the hood, gets 78 MPG, and has an interior from a sci-fi film.
A large touch-screen is present on the center console, and that wheel has more buttons on it than a F1 car. And even better, is that it’ll come in various colours and liveries, ideal for those of us who are rich enough to throw a green middle finger to the peace-mongers outside petrol stations.
